- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆UPDATE : Clerks have been issuing receipts to customers featuring links to a survey reviewing the service they received. This, shortly after this review and a call to USPS regional office about my experience. Hopefully, this results in a new, albeit forced ethos of order at this venue. Otherwise, Rudy the clerk is arrogant and condescending .Clerks play dumb about specific information when asked. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Been trying to get a key for my mailbox for about 2 weeks now. My husband had horrible service from some rude lady when he went to ask what to do in order to get a key. He went today to get the key and guess what, the lady entered the information wrong so now we have to wait another week. They were even about to charge him AGAIN for a key that wasn't even made. I'm beyond furious. We have statements and a package in our box that we cannot get because of their mistake.
